I'm in the western United States. I'm thinking asynchronous work will be best for my schedule. I'd be interested in comparing answers together. It would also be interesting to know how the 3rd edition is different than the 2nd. I only have the 2nd so I'll start posting my answers here on this thread and see what we come up with?
