Ἐγώ, Πολύφημος / Ego Polyphemus Gk Storyboard

This board is a composition workshop, like a writers' workshop: post your work with questions about style or vocabulary, comment on other people's work, post composition challenges on some topic or form, or just dazzle us with your inventive use of galliambics.

Ἐγώ, Πολύφημος / Ego Polyphemus Gk Storyboard

Post by Jude2425 »

This was a silly little project my son and I were working on this week. We're in the process of learning Latin and absolutely loved Ego Polyphemus (he's almost 10, so he has an excuse!). I haven't done any Greek composition until recently. I started working through one of the guides, and I thought Ego Polyphemus had easier grammar than what the guides were starting out at lesson 1.

I would love to see some translations of Andrew's books into Greek. We could really use some super-simple readers that still manage to be fun. I would love any feedback you all feel like giving.

There are some mistakes in the accentuation. Also I think you should have ἕνα ὀφθαλμόν without the article.
