Looking for: Missing pages from Avellanus' "Mons Spes'"

Post by Carolus Raeticus »

Salvete!

My current transcription project is Mons Spes et Novellae aliae, a set of short stories translated by Arcadius Avellanus, the translator into Latin of two other books (both available at Project Gutenberg) . I already transcribed the text itself and am about to start the final proofreading.

The problem I am facing is that my edition (and any edition I found online) is missing the pages 128 and 129. I could (and will if necessary) replace the missing bit with the English original, but I would like to have the complete Latin text if at all possible.

Does anyone out there have access to these missing pages? Your help would be appreciated.

Valete,

Carolus Raeticus
Sperate miseri, cavete felices.

Salve Tico!

Thank you!!! I had almost despaired of finding a complete edition. Thanks to you that will now be possible.
