et cum
iam a satellitibus Opimii
comprehenderetur,
iugulum
servo praebuit,
qui dominum
et mox semetipsum
super domini corpus
interemit.

Here's my attempt:
and when he was apprehended by Opius's men,
he offered (his) neck to a servant
that he killed the master and soon himself above the body of the master.

Ut dicis
As you say..."who killed his master and soon[/then] his own self over[/on top of] the master's body"
I'm writing in Latin hoping for correction, and not because I'm confident in how I express myself. Latinè scribo ut ab omnibus corrigar, non quod confidenter me exprimam.
