Well, I'll try my best, but soon someone who knows better will be along . I can translate them nicely into german, not too sure about my English on these though

Und was tuen Sie da? - And what are you doing there?

Wird Mama böse? - Is mother getting angry?

Do you know... church? Sorry, don't know what jen means Did you mean je?

Ist er hier vorbei? - Did he (come) this way? (come is not needed in this sentence in Dutch or German, literally "is he past here?"

To me that means "Is he toppling over here?"

Where does this sentence come from? It doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah, maybe he's like drunk or something and is running/more like falling.

Hehehe, at first I wanted to translated it as 'Fällt er hier um?' , but I thought that's probably not what the sentence is about....

Weet je een kerk? - Do you know a church?

Valt ie hier om? Does he topple over here? ('ie' is colloquial for 'hij' - meaning he.)

Weet je (ee)n kerk. If I wanted to say; Do you know a church?, I would say; Ken je een kerk?
Valt ie hier om? Could possibly mean something like: Is that going to make or break it for him?
