Pieces of me

Post by Episcopus »

The forums have been quiet lately, so I decide to post a picture of myself. It was taken by a friend at his house for I have no digital camera, some people may find it slightly distasteful but do you want to see the only proper image I have of me or not?

Good work. Have you just finished a diet? You have a very low body fat % which means good genetics for body building which you have mentioned in your profile. Time for you to bulk up for a good 6 months now :p

Every weightlifter I know has a mania for shaving.

Shaving makes the muscles look bigger, as does using wax. (Being tanned also has this effect. The darker the tan, the bigger the muscles appear).

Formosa ubera, benissime.
“Cum ego verbo utar,” Humpty Dumpty dixit voce contempta, “indicat illud quod optem – nec plus nec minus.”
“Est tamen rogatio” dixit Alice, “an efficere verba tot res indicare possis.”
“Rogatio est, “Humpty Dumpty responsit, “quae fiat magister – id cunctum est.”

May add to Kopio's excellent query? Do you grease yourself, or are you just naturally sweaty? :?: :D

Maybe others who have the capabilities, could post a picture. Clothed is fine.

Possibly he hasn't reached the stage where chest hairs are a fact of life.

You know...you might be right...he is a fairly young chap! I was suprised to find a gray chest hair the other day  I think that's a sign of me getting older  oh well...I guess it has to happen sometime!

Here is a picture of my wife and I when we were visiting our family in San Diego last summer...

FWIW....I have quite a bit more hair now (it's about 1 1/2 inches and kinda spikey) AND, my wife is even more lovely now  (I keep telling her she gets more beautiful every day!)

And yes, I know I need a good shave, but I was on vacation for heavens sake!

Someone should start a picture thread. I remember that was always popular in other forums, but I'm not sure how private classics people are... but for some reason vegans/vegetarians aren't afraid of showing their real faces online.

If that is not really episcopus, (eventhough he said it was) then the picture that benissimus posted must really be benissimus ( even though episcopus said it was not).

Perhaps, mi Episcope, when you do have a picture of your honourable self, rather than of a slicky and unstrigilated surrogate, you will allow us to listen to the photograph? :D

Ever yours,

Phylax
