Rebilius Cruso: updated version

Post by Aurēliānus Agricola »

Hello all,

After working on my LLPSI edition of Winnie ille Pu, I plan to work on Rebilius Cruso. My project is to:
- Fix the ugly neo-latin spelling (with words such as quatuor)
- Add macrons
- If realistic, add marginal notes, with a level matching the end of Familia Rōmāna, with all the necessary layout.
- Maybe add some illustrations here and there from another edition of Robinson Crusoe

So I'm asking, just in case: is there someone interested in helping me with that?

The transcription is available on the Project Gutenberg.

I'm close to the end of adding macrons. Is there anybody willing to do some proofreading before publication?

I’m pleased to reveal the publication of the fully macronized version of Rebilius Cruso, as well as some spelling fixes:

Here it is

I hope it will make this work more useful to Latin students than the previous version. If you find errors in the macrons, please report them here, so that I can fix them.

Enjoy!

Two verses he could recollect // Of the Æneid, but incorrect.
