I've found that there's nothing like being able to do research from primary sources as opposed to having to rely on translations. Although I've had some formal education in ancient Greek, I've had to stumble through Latin on my own. I'm looking forward to running passages by posters on this forum to see whether my understanding of them is on the money or not.
