did not go to grammar school, little joke
but grown from the experience of the ancient Greek basics search the question came up -as this is a ancient Greek-E N G L I S H case to fully take part in-
if somebody could recommend any resources, public domain, of a grammar or dictionary, for to learn from and to refer to.
Mainly same question as below, but done for English.
And little note to the offtopic topic: No, I do not regard this question off-topic. Surely I could ask this question somewhere else, too, and would, but could then receive rejection with the same right.
So thanks in advance. Any hints, even hints, where or how to search, are appreciated.

can somebody give me a tip, or what come nearest to it, about how to read ancient Greek text today. That is, about how you do it?
I am looking in first line for a
-Dictionary, digital: online or offline, is not there a "mouse over feature"?
-Grammar, digital: in German or English, should be type look up compendium, with main table or issues included.
-other tools, you might use.
