I just search the net for my avatars. After downloading the picture, I turn it into a thumbnail (so I don’t get any 'Your picture’s too big!'s), using this really cool thumbnail maker (its free!):

Then I put up my thumbnails on this free site: http://s62.photobucket.com/
And then I just put the URL under the picture on Textkit’s profile.
