You should be careful posting such a library as this. It's almost to the point now, where I might have to swim across the pond, club you over the head, and kidnap all those children

BTW....I've been waiting for this list for a while....I had wondered how much larger the library has gotten. Maybe I'll post mine (which has grown by a few good books) if I have the time.

Thanks for publishing this WhiteOctave, now I can show my husband and prove that I do not own every Classical Studies book in the world! But you have stirred me into updating my list over the next few weeks.

No-one but another bookaholic could appreciate the hours spent hunting down these "rare species" :D

Trading? What, pray tell, are you hoping to get from us mortals? Well, Lucas may have an extra Orberg if he decides to get the hardbound edition...

Surely the topic was not titration, was it?
The lists:
G'Oogle and the Internet Pharrchive - 1100 or so free Latin and Greek books.
DownLOEBables - Free books from the Loeb Classical Library

Wow.

You have four copies of Sidgwick's Verse Composition book. I can understand one, but *four*. Aren't they expensive even when there is one for sale?

I actually do own a few modest classics volumes you don't. But being so poor (I'm a teenager after all), I am probably less willing to part with them than you with yours.

How much do you spend a year on this anyway? If that's not too personal a question.

I see. This is the list of classics books I have which you did not list. Let me make myself clear : these are not for sale or exchange.

Aristophanes / Dover, K J (Abridged) / Clouds
Catullus / Garrison / Student's Catullus (do not ask why I have a book of poetry in a language I do not understand; suffice to say it was cheap, and is currently serving well as a prop in a theatre show)
Homer / Willcock / Iliad I - XII
Sophocles / Loeb / Oedipus Rex-Ajax-Electra
Various Mathematicians / Loeb / Greek Mathematical Works : Thales - Euclid
Bacchylides-Corinna-Others / Loeb / Greek Lyric IV

I probably have a little more cash than most of my age group, but I spend much most of it on theatre show tickets, followed by gourmand habits, than on books of any sort. I even paid full tuition for a summer school program because my parents were not willing to send me without proof that I was dead serious about attending.
