Inveni quem diligit anima mea
Is spoken by a woman to a man.
Is it correct to say:
Inveni quis diligit anima mea
If such would be spoken by a man to a woman?

The feminine equivalent of quem is quam. “I have found whom my soul loves”—quem if a male, quam if a female. As far as the Latin goes, the speaker could be either female or male.
