What does this word without the macron mean? It's not in my dictionary.

What’s its context? If it follows si or ne, it will be equivalent to aliqua, feminine of aliquis, meaning someone, anyone (nom.sing.). We've had this sort of thing before, you'll remember.

But not all texts add macra, so are you sure the a is not long?
