Post by Alex Green »

Hello!

I would also like to study this book but I could not find anywhere. Does anyone know where it is possible to get it?

Thanks.

Both bn.com and amazon.com have it. I sometimes see it in bookstores in my area, but I'd not be surprised if bookstores in Kiev stock different books than the bookstores here do.

You could try ordering from the publisher. I found out the other day that the University of California Press is having a huge sale on this book until October 31. http://www.ucpress.edu/books/sale/pages/5647.html
