Which is the best Engish to Greek dictionary available that is still in print?

One can still get reprints of Woodhouse's English-Greek Dictionary: a Vocabulary of the Attic Language from Routledge. My copy is a 1998 reprint, acquired in 2000. It took a while to track down and it ain't cheap.

Edit: the little 2002Pocket Oxford Classical Greek Dictionary has a small English to Greek section but that whole production is a too depressing to me to recommend.

On the other hand, there is a full French to Greek dictionary available on-line, "Dictionnaire franÃ§ais-grec ... Par MM. Alexandre, Planche, et Defauconpret". Paris, Librairie Hachette, 1885. It is complete, and has 1066 pages.
But you must know your french to use it.

There's an electronic copy of Woodhouse out there, too:

You can search by word, and the pages it pops up are nice scans from the text.

φεῦ! In 2000 I managed to get mine for something in the US$70 range. I see that some lunatics are now selling copies for more than US$400!

Amazon is selling it for 218$ I am appalled that this seems to be quite literally the only reference of its kind in English.

And I wouldn't be surprised if it's the last of its kind. I cannot imagine 1000-page books used by a minority of even classics students is going to make a publisher any money these days. I suppose reliable and affordable print-on-demand might keep this on paper.

For those interested in Greek Comp., it is a necessity, so hopefully you're right and it will stay in print.
