Who am I?

Salve,
In western philosophy what answer is given to who realy I? Or who is real self?
Does cogito ergo sum means I am mind and intellct?

Many answers are given. There are many accounts of personal identity. For Hume, I am a bundle of perceptions. For Kant, I am a kind of peg that all perceptions are hung on. And the list goes on and on.

"Cogito ergo sums" means I think therefore I am. Much can be deduced from that, but that is all it means.
