DOQEIH in Pharr section 216 line 6

I would have expected [face=SPIonic]e)do/qh[/face]. The lack of augment doesn't bother me, but what about the extra Epsilon and Iota.
Maybe it is a different verb or form altogether.
It might help if I could find the paradigms of the passive voice of -[face=SPIonic]mi[/face] verbs in the text book.

There is no need for a specific paradigm. [face=SPIonic]e)do/qhn[/face] conjugates exactly like [face=SPIonic]e)lu/qhn[/face]. Just replace -lu- by -do-.

And because it's optative there is no augment.
