I ran across this recently: Greek Grammar Handout 2011 (73 pages worth!). Some of the material is more fully covered in standard references, but it has a nice mix of interesting observations and learning hints. I quite like page 70.
He's also the author of the excellent guide to interpreting the abbreviations in an apparatus, which I have known about for years. Not sure how I missed the other docs.
