How is this word pronounced? I know the 2 dots over the e changes the pronunciation but that is no clue to how the entire word is correctly pronounced. Is there an audio file which has this word?

It should be [pʰa.ɛtʰoːn] in IPA, assuming that Romans kept the Greek vowel length.
