I thought forsure that I have this for you. But after looking through everything, I realize that I have lists but nothing that has the card number from the flashcards. I guess we'd have to create it for ourselves, as I also want a master list of them. I have also wanted this to find a given word in the flashcards, or setup a set of cards from a given passage. But without an index, you cannot without having to read through the all looking for the ones you want.
If you just want a lsit of the cards, here a link to a PDF on the teknia.com website that contains a list of them, but no card numbers are given. So I guess this could be used as a start and then we could add the card numbers. Maybe someone else has one with the card numbers.

I might be able to create a set of cards for you based on that what text you are using. Most of the texts have been formated for import into Logos and from there you can generate a vocabulary list and print them as flashcards. If you do not have Logos or access to someone that does, I don't mind doing that for your text and sending you the results. I'm not sure if it will work, but I can try. It only take about 2-minutes to create them if it is a text that Logos supports. You just print them locally, but I can print them to a PDF file for you if you do not have a way to create the file to print.
