Does the ὅτῳ go with the ὑμῶν, translating roughly " to whomsoever(sg.) of you (pl.)"? Sure hope so!

I remember asking about this before, and modus.irrealis has replied that the ὑμῖν that goes with the connected participles
παρακελευόμενός τε καὶ ἐνδεικνύμενος is then broken into every individual out of that group he would happen to meet,
ὅτῳ ἂν ἀεὶ ἐντυγχάνω ὑμῶν, exactly as you've read it.
