In LLPSI Cap XXi we have Iulius telling his son:
Intellegebam te non cornibus sed pugnis pulsatum esse.
I take it that 'pulsatum' is the perfect passive participle accusative following the intellegebam 'I knew that....' Do I have that right?
pulsatum esse

Yes, agreeing with the "te". "that you were [/to have been] beaten"
Ita est, cum "te" pronomine concurrens.
Ita est, cum "te" pronomine concurrens.
I'm writing in Latin hoping for correction, and not because I'm confident in how I express myself. Latinè scribo ut ab omnibus corrigar, non quod confidenter me exprimam.
