Annotated Readers? Vocab etc

Right what are the best editions of these? the kind of texts that have the text on one side and any vocab/notes on the other. Either in latin or Greek, also this is excluding Pharr's Aeneid.

That's easy. The best are the brand new editions by Geoffrey Steadman:

Helm's Apology is also good. In my opinion the JACT Reader's are okay, but they are not as complete or user friendly (the notes often run onto the next page) as
Steadman.

I'm told that if you e-mail the author at geoffreysteadman@gmail.com he will send you a free e-text of
his books which you can then print. They really are wonderful, particularly his Symposium. I believe someone
on Textkit has done this.

Alright we've established that for Greek thus far. What about Latin? I DO like the look of Pharr's Aeneid but it's also insanely expensive over here...

you can also try the delphini series (lots are online). the vocab/syntax help is on the same page as the text, but it's in latin not english.
