Anyone familiar with this book?

Or its Latin counterpart:

I looked for a long time to find this book, eventually ordering it from a place that copied and bound it for me. A month later, Google Books finally had it.

I find it an interesting cultural document, with such sentences as "The Jew sold me the hat" and "I have no more joy in life" in both Greek and German. That said, transcribed into modern orthography it might make a good start on a conversational Attic document.
