coniurati a militibus capti ad forum adducti sunt; ubi perfidiam suam confessi sunt,

Is this:
The conspirators had been captured and were brought to the forum by the soldiers; when they admitted their treachery, they paid the penalty of death

Tell me again how you translate it?
Dic mihi iterum quomodo eum vertis?

You did. Great! Ubi = when or where. Here where. Dixisti. Macte!

servaverat = "had saved", also. Oh, you had that already.
Nota benè: "had saved" anglicè "servaverat" sibi vult

Thanks. My pleasure. Not torture at all!
Gratias tibi ago. Libenter. Minimè tormentum erat!

Now I see the whole sentence and "ubi" should indeed be "when" not "where", as I said earlier. Sorry, awlright. You were more on the ball there than me!
Nunc totam sententiam video, et sensus "ubi" adverbii est "when" anglicè, fateor, non "where" quod priùs dixi. Me paenitet, awlright. Tu plus quàm ego ibi attentus fuisti!

caught fire to such an extent that the Temple of Vesta was scarcely defended by
erant ignes ut templum Vestae vix defenderetur auxilio
with the slaves’ help. who were freed aftewards
servorum, qui postea liberati sunt.
They all used to think the same by knowing
omnes putabant id ab hominibus scelestis
because they were put before many different fires and were overwhelmed by flames.

Cud you just simply tell me if these translations are wrong because they probably are.....

There were fires such that = Such were the fires that, where "such" is sort of implied
"Everyone was thinking/all were thinking that it [the thing, the calamity, the fires and all] had been done by infamous men [gangsters!]..."

Why were they thinking that? Cur id putabant?
"quod incendia multis et diversis locis simul orta erant"
What case is incendia? Quo casu est "incendia"?
locis = ? meaning/significatio?
orta erant = ? meaning/significatio? What is the subject of the verb? Quid est subjectum verbi?

There were fires such that that the Temple of Vesta was scarcely preserved by
erant ignes ut templum Vestae vix defenderetur auxilio
the help of the slaves. who were freed aftewards
servorum, qui postea liberati sunt.

I think this is ok.....

Everyone was thinking that that it had been done by infamous men
omnes putabant id ab hominibus scelestis
because many
factum esse, quod incendia multis et diversis locis simul orta erant

This must be wrong,

in answer to your questions:
locis is presumbably place, in the dative or ablative
incendia is nom or acc
orta erant is like had risen......

Is "locis" singular or plural? Singularisne vel plurali numeri est "locis"?
"multis et diversis" What case are they? What number? What do these adjectives agree with? Quo casu sunt? Cuius numeri? Cui haec adjectivi adicuntur?

So what then does "quod incendia multis et diversis locis simul orta erant" say? Quid ergo haec verba dicunt?
