Greek inscriptions, anyone?
Hi-anybody have suggestions for someone who is just getting interested in Greek inscriptions, & is pretty much ignorant about the subject? Like to have recommendations @ texts, commentaries, intros to the subject in book form, but I would especially like to know @ on-line stuff I can print. I am especially interested in inscriptions from Delphi, but any info is appreciated. Thanks!! Paige.

There is the web site http://epigraphy.packhum.org/inscriptions/, but i suppose you already found that one. It has Delphi inscriptions somewhere inside the web site. I do not know if this is what you are looking for. I am a completely ignorant as to the nature of inscriptions.

jk-Thanks-no I wan't aware of that site. This subject is maybe a little harder than I realized-I saw some photos of inscriptions from dedications at Delphi & was intrigued. Apparently you have to work at it a lifetime to really know the subject. This site is a good start. Paige.
