One thing that might work is to make sure that your browser's encoding is set to Unicode. There should be some option for this in the View menu.

Re: Greek displaying as mojibake
I can't get your Greek in that post to show up correctly either, although I recall being able to before. There's also the last post in the First Greek Book - White subforum, where the username is hedoné but I'm sure it used to be hedoné, so something must have happened in the forum switch.
Edit: Actually all the old unicode seems to have gone bad, now that I look through some of the old posts. Hopefully, this can be fixed.

Is it displaying as modern mojibake or ancient mojibake?Anthony Appleyard wrote:Until today, Greek on this forum has displayed as Greek on my computer. But today it displays as mojibake
Seriously, though, I think there are still some problems with the conversion of the old forum to the new forum. I get Greek for some pages but not others. The page you linked to is all garbage for me, too (also on Firefox).

The upgrade forced upon us by the security problem means not all the conversion is quite done. Text encoding issues between phpBB and the database for older posts still need to be cleared up.

Wow, 文字化け is an actual loanword in English, I never thought that there was a specific term for it in English besides "gibberish".
