Going English
Tentatively I'll be in England this December - around London mostly, although (if I'm called in for interview) I'd have a week or so in Oxford... anyway, I was wondering if anyone else here might be in town around then - perhaps we could meet up?

Re:Going English
Hmm... maybe. But I don't know, yet, and probably won't know until like the beginning of December anyway .

So you want to study at Oxford? I can just hear Kessa thinking: I want to study there... I want to study there...

For one day however. I don't know the exact date yet Bishops crossed

Well Episcopus, I think the only way to make up with him is, when we get to Oxford, to send him a phallovitrobollus autographed by the team who wrote his precious new lexicon! ;D

Re:Going English
That would be nice but insufficient as those are the conniving jerks who charge way too much for a very good dictionary.

Now, Benissimus, be fair. The authors aren't the ones who set the prices; that's the editor and the publisher, then the wholesaler, perhaps a warehouse or two in between, and the retailer.

Re:Going English
sois juste!

Anyhow, good luck jemivica!

Ah yes...my mother is Irish, scottish and English. But not welsh. So the irony of our living here is queer.
Wow, Epis, you're on a roll today!

I'll definitely throw in a few coins into your cup when I run into you panhandling on the streets of Oxford. And I'll stuff a few bills in if you're a talented street artist. Which instrument will you be playing?

Art...well...I draw strikingly graphical thus disturbing pictures of rabbits being run over. Like on that game carmageddon in which one may run over cows. I love that.

I will be yelling random insults at people's mothers most probably, or singing "Dear Mama" by tupac.
