Isn't the consonant stem "ordin"? Remove "-is" from the genitive singular of the 3rd declension (ordo, ordinis).
Nonnè radix consonans est "ordin"? È verbo tertiae declinationis casu genitivo numeri singularis "-is" inflectionem detrahis.
