help with finding the book I need

Avete omnes,
I need to find a book with translation and notes for 28 book of Livy`s "Ab urbe condita". Please if somebody has expirience with this text or knows where I can find helpfull literature to write me. It can be link in internet or a book which I would buy or every kind of heplfull material.
I have difficulties with translation and every grammar or historical material will be usefull.
