-Sure! = Etiam./ Certe.
Are you coming or not? = Veniesne annon?
Are you coming tomorrow? = Veniesne cras?
-Yes, but in the evening = -Ego vero, sed sub vesperum.
What day are you coming (back)? = Ad quem diem (ad quae tempora) venies (redibis)?
