Can you identify these verses?

Hi,

I'm translating the subtitles of the Italian movie Agostino d'Ippona into English. At a certain point there is a dispute between the holy Bishop of Hippo and the learned pagan Volusianus. Volusianus quotes some verses (here follows my English translation):
Hear, o Queen, splendid gem
of the world that belongs to you

Venus and Mars are the authors of your invincible
race

You will reign through the centuries until the
sky holds the stars

Can anybody identify where they come from? Thanks!
