I am currently reading a book, mostly in scholastic Latin. I am amazed at how many words that I cannot find in the standard dictionaries and that includes Lewis and Short. Does anyone know if there is a dictionary of Philosophical Latin available?

Your best bet would probably be a variety of medieval Latin and writer specific dictionaries.

There are editions of this going back to the 1970s. The definitions are in English, German, and French.

I hope you have access to an academic library, because I can't imagine these will be easy to find otherwise.
