Accenting of á¼￾σύλα Iliad 4:105

The accenting of á¼￾σύλα confuses me. I would expect the accent to be on the antepenult.
I know the υ is long here, but I have seen examples where the accent would still be on the antepenult. Or is the -α also long here (the meter seems to suggest it)?

Or do I have to read á¼￾σύλαε?

I think for the very reasons you listed (the metre and the acute accent on the long υ) that it's a long α and I think you're right that it's a contraction of εσυλαε.
