Hi everyone, just got out of the hospital after a week with some rejection, have some catching up to do with group but should be up to speed in couple of days....Bill:shock:

We have only just done the first lesson, so just do Exercise 34 this week if you can manage it. Otherwise just start when you feel a little better.
