No problem.
It's a good book, eh? Lots of exercises to hammer home points. Concepts introduced gradually and repeated in subsequent exercises; things build on each other. Very good appendix.
I have a new copy (with the appendix included) but I also bought a second hand copy of just the appendix (when it was separate from the main book) which I find extremely handy as a reference.
