I found a PDF of the entire book, with no (as far as I can see) pages missing. If there are any pages missing, they are not the same ones missing from the Textkit version. Since I am new to this forum and can not post links, I will tell you that if you go to Google Books (books.google.com) and search for "First Greek Book" you will find it.
All I found missing from my Textkit version were a few pages of the vocabulary. I had gotten the impression somewhere, though, that there had been pages missing from the lessons. Maybe I mis-read something, or maybe that error had been corrected by the time I downloaded my copy?
And I HATE the new GoogleBooks site format. It makes it difficult to figure out how to find the PDF, and is different when I view it from my computer and my friend's (which has the working printer). With FF2 I have to click Preview, which takes me to a page with the text of the book and a link at top for PDF. In the newer version of FireFox I had to click something like "get for your device" which then offered the PDF option.
