Post by Nubius23 »

Hi everybody!

Could someone please give me a grammatically correct Latin translation of the following sentence?

"You did well to turn to our society."

Thanks a lot!

Does this mean "convert to our society", "to trust in", or "to rely on/seek help from our society"?

Bene fecisti quod in societatem nostram te contulisti.

This is a litteral 'convert to'. But it is a possibility, I think,

I'm looking for the last meaning, "to seek help from our society".

Thanks for your help!
