Ecclesiastical Latin Dictionary

Post by dlb »

All,
I am looking for recommendations regarding Ecclesiastical Latin dictionaries.
Does anyone have one that they would recommend?
I want to use it to supplement my reading of the Vulgate.
Thanks,
dlb

"Dictionary of the Vulgate New Testament by J.M. Harden, B.D., LL.D", I believe is exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for the link.

I'm writing in Latin hoping for correction, and not because I'm confident in how I express myself. Latinè scribo ut ab omnibus corrigar, non quod confidenter me exprimam.

No, I did not know that. I prefer a book because I can take it to church along with my Bible and use it during sermons.
In reality, I don't like to read things on-line. I have a 550+ volume library and don't mind spending money on books, but thanks for the info.
