I found this on the Perseus site where someone else has apparently transcribed/transliterated the original text a little differently, taking the word in question as parathēlázousan
instead of parathēráxousan

It appears there's a string of present active feminine accusative 3rd person participles describing a slave wet nurse who doesn't spoil the milk, doesn't sleep around with men, doesn't get pregnant again, and doesn't nurse another child.
Does that sound right?
