This is neither really short nor a 1-page text 
The text seems fearly easy but I doubt I could translate it in good English without spending too much time on it. Why do you need this translation for ? If it's for personal use only, I guess a summary or a quick/imperfect translation might be good enough but if it is for other, more "official", purposes it might be better to have some else taking care of it.
