Accents on perfect participles
What the heck is going on here!? Why don't we have cirumflexes when the final vowel is short!?

All the bolded ones should be circumflexes. They are adjectives with accents on the penultimate syllables. When the ultimate is a short vowel, those accents are supposed to be circumflexes!

acc. λελοιπότᾰ λελοιπυῖᾰν λελοιπός

The circumflex can never stand on a short vowel--only on long vowels and diphthongs. Smyth 149.2

What happened was that there is some other accent counterexample that I haven't been able to track down and I thought this was it.
