Here's a sentence in LLPSI Cap XXXIX Exercitium 2.8
Paridis iudicii memor Iuno Troianos persequebatur.
Now I understand it means something like Iuno pursued the Trojans on account of the judgement of Paris BUT...how do both 'Memor' and 'Iuno' get to in the nominative case......
I can't figure out what this means

Re: I can't figure out what this means
Salve,
memor is an adjective in the nominative agreeing with the subject Iuno. So, "Juno, mindful of the judgement of Paris, was pursuing the Trojans"

..here's another one.
9. Tres naves quo tempestate abreptae et aliae tres quo latae sunt?
I can't even figure out why this is a question.
Three ships taken by the storm and three delivered ! ... what's the question?
Is 'quo' an interrogative : 'where?' ?

I think so.Is 'quo' an interrogative : 'where?' ?
For this sentence to be a question, this quo would have to be the interrogative quo.

quō is indeed an interrogative, and typically anticipates the answer "ad _________."

Reminds me of "multum ille et terris iactatus et alto vi superum saevae memorem Iunonis ob iram" from the beginning of the Aeneid... I guess it's probably based on it.pmda wrote:

Indeed it's Hans Orbergs prose adaptation for LLPSI Roma Aeterna.
