Most beautiful Greek Poetry?

What is considered the most beautiful piece of Classical Greek poetry? And what is your own personal opinion of what is the most beautiful?

What about in the later Koine and Byzantine eras? Any particularly beautiful poetry from those eras too?

hi tony, my favourite poetry is a typical choice, the iliad. but for me the most beautiful i've ever read is this part of sappho, which is so vivid that you feel you can see straight into her imagination:

ἐν δ’ ὔδωρ ψῦχρον κελάδει δι’ ὔσδων
μαλίνων, βρόδοισι δὲ παῖς ὀ χῶρος
ἐσκίαστ’, αἰθυσσομένων δὲ φύλλων κῶμα †καταίρει·
