Hello! One of my favourite quotes is 'Vincit, qui se vincit.'
However, I don't know how to pronounce it correctly! If somone could
possibly give me a phonetic version of that sentence, I would be grateful!

Usually when using Latin phrases in English you should give them the silly English pronunciation of Latin. That would go "veen-chit kee say veen-chit". Ulpianus' first recommendation is definitely closer to what Latin actually sounded like though.

I think he should use classical.
