Cicaro appears to be a very obscure word used by Petronius in the Cena Trimalchionis, which Carbonero cites. The references that I find to it are discussing what it might mean.
This book gives the following explanation:
This word is taken by Bucheler to mean “a small boy”; being the same word as Cicero and connected with the root car in creare, cresco.
Horae quidem cedunt et dies et menses et anni, nec praeteritum tempus umquam revertitur nec quid sequatur sciri potest. Quod cuique temporis ad vivendum datur, eo debet esse contentus. --Cicero, De Senectute
