A quick Greek tense chart for Athenaze - help

Hello all,
I am making a chart for my class that will give us quick access to the tenses and moods (though I haven't really startes that yet). I am submitting the chart here in hopes that some of you may correct it. And once it is the best it can be perhaps it can help other students using Athenaze books, or anyone else learning Attic Greek.
