Jeff's holiday

Post by Carola »

We haven't heard anything from Jeff on holidays in Sydney. Does this mean he is enjoying himself so much he's forgotten about us? Or did he ignore a shark alert? C'mon Jeff - a postcard? is that too much to ask?

I have just finished my Latin exam this morning and can now get back to posting on Textkit. Not to mention some music practising, cleaning up the house, gardening, talking to husband....

I don't think Jeff has forgotten about us. Maybe he was very busy

Personally I think that he a break hence wants ! 'Tis wherefore a holiday is called thus.

I wonder if he "drowned" in the sea of feminine beauty there. Tam pulchriores sunt puellae illae, ut ipsae non bonae sibi fiunt!

hi everyone - I'm back!

It was a great trip and I had heaps of fun. Sydney is an amazing city and we were all very sad to leave. One of our best days was just chilling at Bondi Beach. We also did the Bridge Climb which was incredible! The beer was good too. I liked Cascade, Crown Lager and VB. I'm not a Rugby fan but the 2003 World Cup was going on and the town was really hopping.

I did managed to spend one day in Darlinghurst looking through book shops. I did manage to find a copy of Sidgwick's First Greek Writer - a great book.

OK, I'm buried in work already. So back to the keyboard I go. I will be doing some site work soon and adding NH's Latin Prose Composition.

Jeff

Good to hear you had fun and returned safely.

I'll bet you have a lot of email to catch up with. That's one of my challenges after returning from vacation.
