http://www.forumromanum.org/index2.html

Excellent site. They're building up a library of all literature in Latin down to the 18th century, and have transcripts of The Private Lives of the Romans, Outlines of Roman History, and A Grammar of Oscan and Umbrian. They also have their own Latin Language Resources section, and a genealogy of the Roman gods and goddesses.
