Who is the most hard headed member?

Post by Rhuiden »

Here is another attempt to lighted the mood.

Since PeterD and I seem to be two of the more outspoken/controversial people here I have decided to post a new poll question (with PeterD's prior approval). Who do you think is the most hard-headed and why?

Should be very fine to read your responses.

Well, that John Wayne picture doesn't make things easier on you, Rhuiden ;). I probably shouldn't name the person I voted for but I just want you to know that you hold a special place in my heart PeterD

Good point, William.

The intent was to have a little fun. Everyone should be able to indulge in some self-depricating (don't know if I spelled that right) humor occassionally. If they can't, they are wound way too tight.

John Wayne is my all-time favorite actor (does that tell you a little about me). The characters he played embodied what Americans should be. I have heard/read that he was very much the same off-screen as he was on-screen.

At whose expense?

I'm a big fan of self-depricating humor. It's a major source of my own humor since I'm always giving myself great material.

But you involved more than just your own self in the depricating, and for me this gives off an unpleasant aroma.

I hope eventually the ad hominem (even if ad ipsum) fun can be laid aside, and the Textkit forum's database space can start to be consumed just as rapidly by pages and pages of some new topic. Something different. Like maybe the Greek and Latin classics. You know, just for a change.
